The term ”CORE” represents the functional Pilates classes and physicality of the practice, while the term “Tara” is Sanskrit for “star”, symbolising the light of the soul. Tara is the Goddess of self-discovery. Drawing on the inspiration of Tara, we practice Pilates to remain centred, go within and trust our own sacred voice.
